Okro Mega-Cross Seed
We are on an Okra journey, and we’d love for you to join us! Beginning in 2024 we started an Okra breeding project to select and cross two okra varieties in order to create a new variety with desirable traits: longer harvest windows, non-bushy growth habit, disease resistance, productivity etc. In that process we grew out over 25 varieties. We isolated two varieties that were top candidates for crossing and we are now growing them for the next stage of the project. In the mean time we have all this okro seed - it is a mix of all the over 25 varieties we grew. If you are interested in growing out a wild mix and cross of Okro - then this is the seed for you.
